Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join TalentPop App’s remote support team. In this role you will interact with customers across multiple channels, delivering fast and friendly assistance that reflects our high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, phone, and social media.
• Assist with order processing, shipping information, product details, and returns.
• Provide clear, accurate, and courteous responses that resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a professional, solutions‑oriented attitude in every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• At least one year of online or remote customer service experience.
• Reliable personal computer with a minimum 25 Mbps internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (preferred).
