About the role

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely information.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed.
• Handle reservations, confirmations, and changes while communicating professionally with customers and service providers.
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously with attention to detail and participate in training and team meetings.

Required profile

• Comfortable using computers and online platforms with a reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and a willingness to learn.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required.
