Customer Service Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a driven Customer Service Sales Representative to be the face and voice of Caribbean Solar Life & Construction Limited. You will guide prospective clients through our solar and construction solutions, turning inquiries into sales while ensuring a high level of support from first contact through after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate product and service information.
• Guide prospective clients through solar and construction solutions, preparing basic quotations.
• Conduct follow‑up calls, support sales presentations, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Process orders, provide after‑sales support, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while representing the company professionally across all channels.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of sales experience, field sales experience an asset.
• Strong customer service skills with active listening, empathy, and problem‑solving.
• Proven sales and negotiation ability, including lead generation and closing deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional phone etiquette.
• Basic knowledge of renewable energy or a strong willingness to learn solar concepts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum high school diploma; post‑secondary education in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email).
• Experience using CRM tools.
