Customer Value Management Specialist

About the role

Digicel is looking for a highly analytical and commercially‑minded Customer Value Management Specialist to design and execute data‑driven strategies that boost customer retention, enhance core base performance, and generate incremental revenue across its Caribbean and Latin American markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models to identify high‑churn risk customers.
• Design, launch, and monitor targeted churn‑prevention campaigns based on customer behavior and value.
• Track churn‑related KPIs, analyze drivers, and continuously optimise retention tactics.
• Monitor core customer health, segment the base by value and lifecycle, and recommend actions to increase ARPU and longevity.
• Forecast trends and model the impact of interventions to support planning.
• Identify and execute revenue‑growth opportunities through upsell, plan conversion, and days‑on‑plan initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategies with growth objectives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Commercial orientation and experience driving business‑focused initiatives.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and commercial teams.
