Employee HR Support – Kingsland

About the role

The Employee HR Support role is focused on assisting employees across the United States with phone‑based inquiries while collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Leave Management, and Payroll teams. You will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and confidential information is protected.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls from employees and provide timely assistance.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Leave Management, and Payroll to address employee concerns.
• Resolve HR issues using a case‑management system and promote self‑service tools.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data and uphold ethical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects including English Language and a numeric subject, or a U.S. high school diploma/GED.
• Valid government‑issued ID, Tax Registration Number (TRN), and NIS card.
• Preferred experience in customer service with strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
