Enrollment Advisor – Remote Sales Representative

About the role

Mathwhiz Academy is seeking a full‑time Enrollment Advisor to join our remote team. You will guide prospective students and their families through the enrollment process for our online mathematics programs, helping them choose the right courses and ensuring a smooth start.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear information about course offerings.
• Conduct needs‑based consultations to recommend suitable classes.
• Manage leads, follow up consistently, and use a structured sales process to convert prospects into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate basic reports.
• Collaborate with the academic team to place students in appropriate courses.
• Meet or exceed enrollment and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Professional communication ability, both written and verbal.
• Proven sales experience, especially consultative selling and lead qualification.
• Critical thinking to understand learner needs and handle objections.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
