Enterprise AI Security Architect Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Enterprise AI Security Architect Manager to lead the design and maintenance of security architecture across AI and cloud platforms for KPMG Jamaica’s delivery centre. The role focuses on creating secure patterns for AI solutions, guiding cross‑functional teams and ensuring alignment with enterprise security strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise‑level security architecture patterns, standards, reference models and design guidance for AI and cloud environments.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing AI security architecture guidance to technology, security and business teams, explaining risk trade‑offs and recommending compensating controls.
• Design secure architecture for AI‑enabled applications, enterprise AI platforms, agentic workflows, model integrations, data pipelines, APIs and SaaS‑based AI services.
• Develop and manage reusable design guardrails, architectural decision frameworks and implementation guidance to support secure technology decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, cloud, identity, data, privacy, legal, risk, compliance, cyber operations and product teams to align AI technology decisions with security strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor emerging AI and cybersecurity threats, trends and control models, and provide technical leadership and coaching to team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience in security architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud security, application security or AI security.
• Proven experience designing and securing AI solutions, data pipelines and cloud‑hosted services.
• Strong ability to communicate complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders.
