About the role

Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited is seeking a full‑time Financial Advisor to join its Belmont Sultan Advisors team. This hybrid position will be based in Jamaica and involves working closely with clients to assess their financial needs, develop comprehensive plans, and guide them on investments, retirement and insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to evaluate their financial goals and needs.
• Develop and present comprehensive financial plans covering investments, retirement and insurance.
• Recommend suitable financial products and services from Sagicor’s portfolio.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships through regular follow‑up and service.
• Stay informed of market conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.
• Own a reliable motor vehicle.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong drive.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet client needs effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
