Financial Controller – Caribbean Hospitality (Relocation)

These are not back‑office accounting roles; you’ll work alongside senior leadership and own financial performance, controls and reporting in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. You will work closely with the General Manager, Regional Financial Controller and operational leadership, taking responsibility for financial control, management reporting, month‑end and year‑end close, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. The role offers the chance to strengthen finance processes as the business expands across the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Financial control and management reporting
• Month‑end and year‑end close
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Financial controls and process improvement
• Supporting operational leadership with commercial insight
• Working across regional and group finance teams
• Helping strengthen finance processes as the wider business grows

Required profile

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• Financial Controller or Financial Manager experience
• Strong financial reporting and year‑end experience
• Experience working with operational or senior leadership
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Hospitality, hotel, resort or multi‑site experience (highly desirable)
• Regional or international experience (advantageous)
