Gaming Support Agent

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Gaming Support Agents to deliver top‑tier technical and customer assistance to gamers using handheld and home consoles. You will interact with customers via phone, live chat, and email, providing friendly, empathetic support while resolving technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer general product and service questions across all contact channels.
• Update consumer account information and record feedback.
• Clarify concerns, research issues, and present the best resolution.
• Provide inbound and outbound technical assistance for connectivity problems.
• Troubleshoot escalated hardware and software issues and initiate repair processes.
• Document technical problems and develop resources for the department.
• Moderate the client’s Tech Support Forums.
• Work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum 3 CXC passes).
• At least 6 months of customer‑service experience.
• Prior call‑center or technical support experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with gaming brands, consoles, platforms, and games (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Empathetic, proactive, and adaptable with reliable attendance.
