About the role

We are looking for a personable and detail‑oriented Hospitality Experience Coordinator to assist clients with researching services, coordinating arrangements, and creating a smooth experience from the initial request through completion. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, research, and helping clients navigate options based on their individual needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information about client preferences and requests
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation, and other available services
• Assist with coordinating reservations and related arrangements
• Communicate important information and updates to clients
• Review confirmations and details for accuracy
• Assist with modifications and special requests
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Follow up on outstanding information and upcoming arrangements
• Communicate with hospitality and service providers when needed
• Provide responsive and professional client support

• Previous hospitality, customer service, reservations, or related experience is helpful but not required
