Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and support our clients' IT environments. The role involves delivering proof‑of‑concepts, conducting workshops, and providing technical expertise across Microsoft cloud and on‑premise technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales activities during scoping and technical client presentations.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept deliveries, workshops and trainings for clients.
• Provide technical subject‑matter expertise through design, implementation and consulting projects.
• Perform technical fault analysis and troubleshooting.
• Administer network servers, user accounts and mailboxes.
• Install, configure and support workstation and server software.
• Implement and monitor network security and alerts.
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal knowledge‑management processes.
• Attend and actively contribute to client and internal team meetings.
• Study towards Microsoft certifications and contribute to company culture.
• Undertake additional project work as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT field.
• Certification or demonstrable skills equivalent to Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
• Honesty, reliability and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive, positive attitude.
