Inside Sales Account Manager – B2B (Remote)

About the role

The Inside Sales Account Manager will own a portfolio of existing B2B customers, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling. Working remotely, you will focus on upselling, cross‑selling, and renewals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined set of B2B accounts as the primary sales contact.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Own the renewal process to maximize retention and minimize churn.
• Conduct regular check‑in calls, account reviews, and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve issues and uncover growth opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product offerings, pricing, and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of inside sales or account management experience, preferably B2B.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and high‑volume phone/email outreach capability.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience using sales engagement tools like Outreach or SalesLoft.
