IT Support Specialist

About the role

Klazin Future Technology is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver high‑quality technology services to its customers and partners. You will ensure optimal use of hardware and software, enhance system performance, secure data, and provide comprehensive training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end‑users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install and configure new hardware, operating systems, productivity software, and antivirus applications.
• Maintain and upgrade computer systems, applying patches and security updates.
• Configure, monitor, and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and PBX systems, and resolve connectivity problems.
• Implement network security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
• Perform system backups and execute disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Maintain and update WordPress and HTML websites.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of Level 2 technical support experience.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
