IT Support Specialist – Onsite (L1 Dispatch)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite technical assistance to end users and maintain office IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software, managing the full lifecycle of IT assets, and supporting project‑based deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Install, configure, deploy, replace and de‑commission end‑user equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS, application and connectivity issues.
• Support LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VoIP/telephony, audio‑visual and conference‑room technologies.
• Install and troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless access points and structured cabling.
• Manage asset inventory, labeling, imaging, deployment and warranty processes.
• Assist with office relocations, workstation setups, hardware refreshes and technology rollouts.
• Coordinate with remote technical teams, third‑party vendors and ensure compliance with security procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk or Field Services.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile device ecosystems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and network issues.
• Ability to work independently onsite and collaborate with remote teams.
