Junior Media Buyer – Paid Social & Search

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Media Buyer to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns for a portfolio of direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce brands. You will work across Meta and Google platforms, driving growth and maximising return on ad spend while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Monitor daily budgets and pacing for accounts with monthly spend exceeding $50,000.
• Analyse performance data, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor in client meetings, communicating results and strategic ideas.
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist on testing and improving ad creatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for eCommerce.
• Proven track record handling budgets of $50k+ per month.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to juggle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
