Junior Odoo Specialist – Entry Level ERP Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Odoo Specialist to join our ERP implementation and support team. This entry‑level position offers a recent graduate hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP modules, configuration, testing, data migration, and basic development while working closely with clients and senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing, configuring, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions across multiple modules (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, POS, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, Website, Helpdesk).
• Gather and document client business requirements and configure Odoo accordingly.
• Perform functional and technical troubleshooting, system testing, and bug documentation.
• Prepare and clean data for migration using Excel/CSV import templates.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and go‑live activities.
• Provide first‑level user support and escalate complex issues.
• Create basic reports, dashboards, automated actions, workflows, and system configurations.
• Develop foundational knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Git/GitHub, Linux, and Odoo.sh.
• Review logs to identify application errors and assist in their resolution.
• Prepare user guides, technical notes, process documentation, and training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Recent university graduate; prior Odoo experience not required.
• Basic understanding of programming and database concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
