Legal Advisor: Commercial Contracts

About the role

Support smarter international commercial contracting from Jamaica. Join Radiant Law’s commercial contracts team to provide US‑based businesses with practical, high‑quality contracting support in a collaborative, remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, services agreements and licensing agreements, managing the process through to execution.
• Liaise directly with client teams to understand priorities, provide status updates, clarify issues, and keep matters moving efficiently.
• Identify legal and commercial risks in contracts and help clients reach balanced positions that support business objectives.
• Use analytical tools and contract data to support drafting, review, issue‑spotting and efficient delivery.
• Support process improvement, automation, training and knowledge sharing across the team.

Required profile

• Based in Jamaica with a Bachelor of Laws, LEC or equivalent legal qualification and admission to practise in Jamaica.
• 1–5 years post‑qualification experience drafting, reviewing or negotiating commercial contracts.
• Comfort using technology and analytical tools to support legal drafting and contract review.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to liaise directly with client teams.
• Good judgment, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work remotely and independently across North American time zones.
• Practical, curious and improvement‑focused mindset.
