Medical Representative – Montego Bay Area

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical product line in the St. James, Montego Bay area. You will be responsible for building relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to drive product prescriptions and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists and healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the assigned territory.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, product launches and medical events.
• Design strategies to introduce new products to professionals and clients.
• Visit healthcare professionals to introduce and maintain product usage.
• Emphasize product advantages and benefits to physicians, meeting coverage and frequency targets.
• Prepare and present daily reports on medical visits and CRM to the area leader.
• Create schedules and plans for visits, physician panel meetings and travel expenses.
• Design and execute strategies to retain existing prescribers and develop new ones.
• Stay up‑to‑date on technical information of managed products and monitor competitors.
• Track key performance indicators such as rotation, coverage, patient reach, action plans and timely reporting.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sales environment (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
