Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist to enhance and optimise our CRM platform for a growing regional automotive group. The position can be performed fully remotely or in a hybrid model, allowing you to work independently while collaborating closely with commercial teams to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, develop and optimise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Design and improve workflows, dashboards, reporting and automation.
• Support lead management, customer case management and sales processes.
• Integrate the CRM with other systems and digital customer touchpoints.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support.
• Work directly with business users to identify process‑improvement opportunities.
• Expand the use of automation and AI within the CRM environment.

Required profile

• Proactive self‑starter with strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Good understanding of CRM architecture, workflows and integrations.
• Commercial mindset to align technology with business objectives.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working remotely with an international team.
