Network Support Engineer

About the role

The Network Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the continuous availability and performance of the fixed voice, data, IPTV, IP/MPLS and ISP platforms. You will work closely with regional voice teams, NOC, and external vendors to maintain a 99.99% SLA and support a carrier‑class network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage core voice network services, including Huawei Softswitch, IMS, and Oracle virtual Session Border Controller (vSBC).
• Provision SIP services, migrate subscribers, and support B2B voice offerings.
• Perform Tier 3 troubleshooting for voice, IPTV, broadband, and mobile‑to‑mobile calls across multiple operators.
• Administer Mavenir voicemail platform and Audiocodes equipment for copper migration.
• Monitor and protect ISP services, providing 2nd‑level support for RADIUS, DNS, DHCP, email and related systems.
• Back‑up server configurations and customer data to ensure business continuity.
• Support core IP/MPLS network operations, including capacity planning, performance analysis and incident reporting.
• Prepare change requests, method‑of‑procedure (MOP) documents, RFOs and root‑cause analyses after outages.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of fixed voice, data, IPTV and ISP network architectures.
• Experience with carrier‑class network operations and SLA management.
• Ability to work with regional teams, NOC, and external technical support.
