Odoo Specialist

About the role

The Odoo Specialist will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Odoo ERP modules to support the company’s service, inventory, sales, and invoicing processes. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Jamaica and works closely with management and technical staff to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Odoo workflows.
• Configure, customize, and maintain Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Helpdesk.
• Implement new modules, ensure data integrity, and oversee data migration activities.
• Provide user training, create clear documentation, and deliver ongoing functional support.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, coordinating with vendors or developers as needed.
• Integrate Odoo with existing tools and support reporting and analytics.

Required profile

• Solid experience with Odoo ERP configuration, customization, and module management.
• Strong business‑process analysis and requirements‑gathering skills.
• Understanding of basic database concepts and data migration.
• Ability to train non‑technical users and produce clear documentation.
• Good communication and collaborative skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field (beneficial).
