About the role

The Operations Officer, AI, Analytics & Efficiency Unit supports the day‑to‑day delivery of a digitally enabled, insight‑driven Operations function at Barita Financial Group. This practical, execution‑focused position is ideal for an analytically minded early‑career professional who wants to translate manual tasks into automated workflows and contribute to operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, testing, and maintaining automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
• Develop and maintain simple Python and Excel routines for data transformation, scheduled reporting, and repetitive operational tasks.
• Support the responsible use of generative and agentic AI tools for document handling, exception summaries, and drafting operational reports.
• Gather, clean, validate, and structure operational data from multiple internal sources.
• Maintain and refresh the Group Operations Performance Dashboard with SLA, transaction volume, and exception metrics.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory submissions.
• Perform first‑level reconciliations of bank, broker, and clearing accounts, logging position and cash breaks.
• Monitor, record, and follow up on operational exceptions, keeping exception logs up to date.
