Outbound Sales Advisor – High‑Volume B2B Role

About the role

We are looking for energetic Outbound Sales Advisors to join a leading broadband and connectivity provider. In this high‑volume B2B role you will contact small and medium‑sized businesses, present high‑speed internet solutions, and close new contracts. Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospect and engage potential business clients.
• Qualify leads, present tailored solutions and close sales efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Track pipeline activity, report performance metrics and meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Build rapport with business owners and decision‑makers to foster long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales experience in a call‑center environment.
• Minimum education: 3 CXC subjects including English, or 2 CXC subjects plus City & Guilds Level 3 English.
• Strong verbal communication, resilience and goal‑driven attitude.
• Excellent attendance record and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to undergo a drug test and provide standard identification documents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
