Project Manager, Directed Content – Telecom, Media & Tech

About the role

AlphaSense is seeking a Project Manager to lead Directed Content initiatives within the Telecommunications, Media and Technology sectors. Reporting to the Sector Lead, you will shape research scopes, guide analysts, and ensure the Expert Transcript Library delivers high‑impact, client‑focused insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define research angles and scope for Directed Content projects across Technology, Media & Telecom.
• Collaborate with analysts to source and interview expert profiles that align with client interests.
• Leverage Director of Research insights, client feedback, and platform data to prioritize content topics.
• Monitor day‑to‑day analyst productivity, provide coaching on sourcing strategies, and ensure delivery of high‑quality transcripts.
• Track engagement metrics and adjust project focus to maximize relevance for Enterprise customers.
