Project Manager, Directed Content – Telecom, Media & Tech

About the role

Reporting to the Sector Lead of Directed Content, the Project Manager drives the research scope and angles for Directed Content projects across Technology, Media and Telecoms. This role guides analysts, aligns expert selection with client interests, and ensures the Expert Transcript Library delivers high‑impact, relevant insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define research scope and strategic angles for Directed Content initiatives in the Telecom, Media and Technology sectors.
• Identify and prioritize expert profiles using Director of Research insights, client feedback, user engagement data and platform analytics.
• Guide and coach analysts on sourcing strategies, ensuring day‑to‑day productivity and high‑quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate client needs into actionable content projects.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and maintain rigorous quality standards for expert interviews.
