Real Estate Sales Advisor – Island Wide (Commission Based)

About the role

Sagicor Property Services Limited is seeking motivated individuals to join its Real Estate Department as Island‑wide Real Estate Sales Advisors. This commission‑based position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn unlimited income by matching buyers and sellers across residential, commercial and industrial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Solicit and secure listings for sales and leases of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
• Prospect and nurture client relationships through networking, marketing initiatives and referrals.
• Assist buyers throughout the acquisition process and guide them to suitable properties.
• Market Sagicor Property Services listings aggressively to expand market share.
• Process all transactions in line with company policies and the Real Estate Dealers & Developers Act.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Successful completion of the Real Estate Salesman Course and a valid licence.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Land Economy, Valuation Surveying or a related field (preferred).
• Member in good standing of the Realtors Association of Jamaica.
• Own reliable motor vehicle, laptop and mobile phone.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms for marketing.
• Competence in word processing applications.
• Ability to use spreadsheet software for data management.
