Remote Appointment Setter – Health Tech

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, empathetic professional to be the first human contact for leads of a growing health‑tech and nutrition organization. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound calling to drive webinar attendance and schedule sales calls.

Key responsibilities

• Call leads who have registered for webinars, encouraging attendance and following up with those who missed.
• Reach out to individuals who completed a health assessment but have not yet booked a sales call.
• Engage webinar attendees who stayed for the pitch but did not schedule a call, answering basic questions and building trust.
• Maintain accurate records in Close CRM, tracking lead status and ensuring no prospect is overlooked.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily dialing targets (150+ dials) and weekly appointment‑setting benchmarks.

Required profile

• Near‑native English communication skills (C1 level) with clear pronunciation and a conversational style.
• Warm, bubbly, and patient demeanor able to build rapport with an older, primarily female US audience.
• High discipline and resilience to handle a high‑volume outbound calling environment.
• Experience in appointment setting or outbound sales is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Close CRM or similar CRM platforms.
• Comfort using dialer software and adapting to new sales tools.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $7‑$8 plus bonuses/commissions.
• Full‑time remote work with flexible shift options (8 AM‑4 PM EST or 12 PM‑8 PM EST).
