Remote Assistant Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Remote Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations across a growing portfolio of properties. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support – you will own end‑to‑end workflows, prioritize multiple streams, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily property‑management operations from start to finish, ensuring tasks meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Manage inbound communications and a shared inbox, triaging requests, routing them appropriately, and maintaining fast, professional response times.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling leasing inquiries, applications, documentation, and coordinating move‑in processes.
• Oversee maintenance and unit‑turn workflows, coordinating vendors, tracking timelines, and ensuring quality execution.
• Maintain accurate, audit‑ready records in the property‑management system, logging all communications and updates.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and independently resolve issues or escalate with full context and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Assistant or Junior Property Manager.
• Experience with Property Management Systems.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to make decisions in fast‑paced or ambiguous environments.
• Clear, structured, and confident written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working under pressure without constant direction.
