Remote Call Center Representative (Customer Service)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Call Center Representative to provide empathetic, multi‑channel support for an e‑commerce client that sells smart, solar‑powered window shades. The role involves handling phone, email, and chat inquiries, prioritising urgent tickets, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, patient, and non‑robotic customer service across phone, email, and live chat.
• Manually scan and triage ticket queues to resolve time‑sensitive order modifications before warehouse cut‑offs.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, taking ownership of issues through resolution.
• Meet performance KPIs while building strong, lasting customer relationships.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an e‑commerce environment.
• Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule and handle shifts across PT time zones.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑commerce support platforms such as Shopify and Gorgias.
• Proficiency using a Windows or macOS laptop with at least 8 GB RAM and an Intel Core i5 processor.
• High‑speed wired internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps upload/download).
