Remote Content Manager (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Content Manager to support small family farms, local food non‑profits, and government agencies with their online presence. This part‑time contract role starts with 6‑14 hours per week and can grow based on performance and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Write weekly posts for client social media, website, email, SMS, and Google listings.
• Collaborate with teammates to outline website content and hierarchy.
• Create and edit website copy, digital ad copy, and existing content.
• Publish approved posts across all client channels.
• Manage project timelines, client communication, and account access for platforms such as Facebook, Google, and email/SMS tools.
• Contribute to internal marketing initiatives and, when qualified, manage social advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience writing social media posts.
• Ability to write in an authentic, direct style that matches each client’s voice.
• Strong sense of the reader’s perspective and skill at crafting concise, action‑oriented copy.
• Experience publishing content on social platforms and using a CMS.
• Basic familiarity with an email‑marketing platform.
• Excellent communication skills, client‑service mindset, and self‑discipline for remote work.
