About the role

PTS Marketing Agency is looking for a Remote Project Manager to lead execution of multiple client campaigns. This part‑time, contract position focuses on aligning people, priorities, and timelines so that campaigns move smoothly from strategy to results.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project execution for assigned client pods.
• Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables across paid ads, creative, and sales functions.
• Run weekly team check‑ins, progress reviews, and milestone tracking.
• Identify blockers early and take action to keep work moving.
• Ensure all work aligns with client goals, scope, and agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate updates in project‑management tools and trackers.
• Communicate clearly with leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
• Uphold SOPs, quality standards, and internal delivery processes.
