Remote Sales Representative (BPO/Call Center Experience)

About the role

HelpGrid is expanding its global operations and needs energetic B2C closers to turn warm leads into long‑term customers. As a Remote Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospects, driving revenue growth from the comfort of your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial greeting to closing the sale.
• Build rapport quickly to understand prospect needs and tailor solutions.
• Upsell and cross‑sell to maximize each interaction.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in BPO or call‑center environments, preferably supporting U.S. campaigns.
• Strong objection‑handling ability and a results‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable using multiple tools and CRMs while keeping conversations high‑energy.
• Excellent verbal English and the ability to adapt to different personas.
• Reliable home office setup with a computer (i5 or equivalent), 8 GB RAM and high‑speed internet.
