Remote SEO Assistant (Jamaica-based)

About the role

TalentPop App is building an in‑house SEO and marketing capability and needs a detail‑oriented, data‑driven SEO Assistant to join its fully remote team. You will work closely with the SEO and Marketing teams to implement strategies that grow the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, and on‑page content optimization.
• Support backlink outreach and monitor site performance using Google Analytics.
• Manage product catalogs, site structure, and Shopify CMS.
• Analyze customer behavior and engagement with Klaviyo.
• Create regular performance reports and stay updated on SEO trends.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of SEO experience in an e‑commerce environment.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Merchant Center (preferred).
• Basic design ability using Canva (a plus).
