Remote Solar Sales Ambassador (Jamaica)

About the role

Join New York Solar Program as a Remote Solar Sales Ambassador, working from Jamaica. You will use your communication and sales expertise to educate homeowners about the benefits of switching to solar energy with no upfront costs, leveraging government funding and incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowners in prime solar areas, building rapport and scheduling appointments.
• Educate prospects on the financial and environmental advantages of solar installations.
• Manage customer relationships using a CRM system and provide ongoing support.
• Utilise sales resources, attend coaching sessions, and maintain detailed records of interactions.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level) and residence in Jamaica.
• Highly teachable, incentive‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Personable, self‑driven, tech‑savvy, and detail‑oriented.
• Flexible schedule: Monday‑Friday with an optional 2‑hour Saturday shift.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, computer, and headset.
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
