Remote Solar Sales Specialist (Jamaica)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Solar Ambassador to join the New York Solar Program team. Based in Jamaica, you will contact homeowners in solar‑friendly areas, educate them about government‑funded solar installations and schedule appointments for our sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowners, build rapport and set or reschedule appointments.
• Explain the financial and environmental benefits of installing solar panels with no upfront cost.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Provide excellent customer service and receive ongoing coaching and support.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong oral and written communication.
• Resident of Jamaica with reliable high‑speed internet, computer and headset.
• Self‑motivated, teachable and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
