Remote Travel Agent

About the role

Travel With Sann is looking for a dedicated Remote Travel Agent to join its team full‑time. In this position you will design, book, and manage personalized travel experiences for individual and group clients, all from a digital‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture preferences, budgets, and travel goals.
• Research destinations, accommodations, flights, cruises, car rentals, and activities.
• Create and book customized itineraries using online booking platforms.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update itineraries as needed.
• Provide proactive customer service before, during, and after travel, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support sales initiatives by presenting travel options, promoting special offers, and nurturing client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong background in reservations, travel arrangements, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliable internet access.
• Prior experience in travel, tourism, or customer‑facing roles is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online booking tools.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Competence in basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
