Risk Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Risk Assurance Analyst will support the Risk Management – Ethics & Independence (RM‑I) SoQC Risk team at Jamaica Extended Support Services. The role focuses on maintaining System of Quality Control documentation, service delivery, and project management for internal audit and compliance programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple initiatives and projects, track deliverables, manage deadlines and support related activities.
• Execute priority tasks with limited supervision, handling both long‑term and short‑term deadlines.
• Interface with LRMC stakeholders, hold them accountable for task execution and provide status reporting.
• Develop and enhance dashboard reports and analytics for leadership reporting.
• Monitor service level agreements, ensure compliance, and provide real‑time risk visibility with escalation and mitigation strategies.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration and procedural improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in risk management or auditor independence.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical judgment and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps and other MS Office products.
• Experience using ServiceNow IRM platform.
• Strong use of generative AI tools such as Gemini and Microsoft Copilot.
