Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in Kingston, Jamaica. You will play a key part in driving vehicle and accessories sales, delivering an excellent customer experience and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles and accessories.
• Meet key performance indicators each month.
• Prospect new and pre‑existing customers daily.
• Follow up contacts daily to provide quality service.
• Convert prospects into customers and close sales.
• Demonstrate vehicles and arrange test drives.
• Inspect units carefully and deliver vehicles in perfect condition.
• Monitor, log and report lost sales to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Previous car sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
