Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are a fast‑growing company that helps mid‑market ecommerce and SaaS businesses increase revenue through data‑driven A/B testing. After building a robust outbound engine, we need a dedicated Sales Development Representative to execute high‑volume outreach and generate qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for approximately 6 hours each day using our proven system and scripts.
• Engage CEOs and VPs of Marketing at mid‑market ecommerce and SaaS companies.
• Book qualified appointments and hand them off to the sales team.
• Monitor and report on script performance, providing feedback to continuously improve the outreach process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience with a high call volume (more than 20 dials per day).
• Demonstrated success in booking meetings with senior decision‑makers.
• Comfortable following an established playbook and executing it consistently.
• Clear, confident communication skills, especially when speaking with executives.
• Availability to work standard North American business hours (8 am‑5 pm CST).
