Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B SaaS

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to launch our outbound sales motion. You will focus on high‑volume prospecting for a quote‑to‑contract SaaS platform that serves fast‑growing software companies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 80+ cold calls per day to generate new pipeline.
• Build relationships with CROs, RevOps leaders, Finance teams and other decision‑makers.
• Book qualified discovery meetings for senior leadership.
• Personalize LinkedIn outreach and execute social‑selling activities.
• Follow up with tailored email sequences after meaningful interactions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track prospect activity.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, objection handling and outbound strategy.
• Participate in sales coaching, call reviews, role‑plays and training sessions.
• Learn and confidently communicate the value of the quote‑to‑contract platform.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or outbound prospecting.
• Previous experience selling SaaS or other B2B software solutions.
• Strong understanding of commercial sales processes (quotes, pricing approvals, proposals, deal progression).
• Ability to make 80+ outbound calls per day.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and modern sales engagement tools.
• Availability to work US business hours.
