Sales Expert – Call Center

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Expert to join our fast‑paced call centre in Kingston. The role involves promoting new and existing products across multiple channels, meeting sales targets and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Present product features and benefits via phone, email, chat, social media and other assigned channels to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining Net Promoter Score objectives.
• Provide exceptional service, address customer inquiries, and document each interaction according to SOPs.
• Escalate complex issues to management and ensure strict adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience in a call centre or similar environment.
• Minimum of three CXC subjects including English Language, or equivalent qualifications.
• Excellent attendance record and ability to work in a high‑energy, high‑pressure setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
