Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our showroom and sales team, driving profitability and market penetration for our brand(s). You will be responsible for strategic planning, inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term sales strategies to maximize shareholder value.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage showroom operations, ensuring profit levels and inventory targets are achieved.
• Purchase vehicles in line with company policies and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
