Sales Representative – Commercial & Residential Cleaning

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive new business for Titan Apex Services by targeting commercial and residential clients in Kingston. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating leads, presenting tailored cleaning solutions, and closing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with businesses, landlords, property managers and homeowners.
• Prospect, generate leads and conduct client meetings and site visits.
• Present cleaning service solutions, prepare quotations and follow up on proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage a sales pipeline.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, attend local networking events and provide feedback to improve service offerings.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in a service‑based environment.
• Minimum five CXC/CSEC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target‑driven environment.
• Experience preparing quotations, proposals and sales reports.
