Salesperson – Industrial Spares & Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Salesperson to join our Kingston office and drive growth in the industrial spares and equipment market. The role involves building new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts and meeting defined sales targets while providing expert product advice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers across various industries.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with current clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate motors, pumps, drives and related parts.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
• Manage post‑sales activities, including order follow‑up and after‑sales support.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s portfolio.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on trends in industrial spare parts.

Required profile

• Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a focus on value‑based selling.
• Good knowledge of industrial equipment such as motors, pumps and drives.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Detail‑oriented with analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software.
