Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive client acquisition and retention for NerdPress, a provider of WordPress support services and premium plugins. The role is hands‑on, combining strategic planning with the creation of engaging content for both prospective and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on sales growth and new client acquisition.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with agencies and other collaborators.
• Select and optimise platforms (email, social media, webinars, Facebook group) to reach target audiences.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and produce timely, actionable content.
• Plan and host webinars that position NerdPress as a thought leader.
• Coordinate client testimonials and case studies to build credibility.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Track performance metrics and adjust tactics based on data insights.
