Senior Sales Leader (Contract)

About the role

Centerfield Jamaica is looking for a dynamic, numbers‑driven Senior Sales Leader on a contract basis to drive its telesales operation. You will lead a high‑energy team, ensure compliance with policies, and deliver results that exceed company SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales team managers to maximize sales and meet or exceed SLAs.
• Provide strategic planning and direction, executing agreed‑upon strategies.
• Lead and manage direct reports, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Analyze performance reports and make recommendations to achieve target goals while controlling labor costs.
• Achieve or surpass sales volume targets.
• Manage controllable costs, focusing on labor efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a call‑center environment.
• 3‑4 years of telesales experience.
• Strong ability to analyze data and reports.
• Knowledge of call‑center technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field (asset).
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills with flexible availability.
