Trainer (Learning & Development)

About the role

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal‑oriented individual to join the team as a Trainer, responsible for preparing and delivering training programs that develop new hires' behavioral and soft‑skill competencies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver training sessions for new hires, focusing on behavioral skills, RCA, and soft‑skill development aligned with business needs.
• Check classroom materials, tools, equipment and ensure they are up‑to‑date; review and incorporate continuing education courses.
• Coordinate schedules with production leadership, WFM, and support teams; manage class huddles, make‑up sessions and transition to production.
• Maintain attendance records, behavioral plans and coaching documentation in iCube; provide weekly updates to AC/Coach/TM groups.
• Partner with recruiting and performance teams to identify attrition risks, provide feedback for hiring and curriculum improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum six‑month tenure in current role with no disciplinary actions and strong performance.
• Open to Associate Coaches, Assistant Trainers or Coaches with product knowledge of T‑Mobile.
• Full‑time on‑site availability.
• Analytical thinking, facilitation skills, trustworthiness, excellent communication and time‑management.
