Video Editor / Videographer

About the role

The Video Editor / Videographer will create, shoot, and edit video content that supports ONE GROUP’s marketing, public relations, digital, events, and media initiatives. Working on‑site in Kingston, you will collaborate with creative and account teams to deliver compelling visual stories across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute video shoots, managing cameras, lighting, and on‑location audio.
• Organise and maintain media assets, ensuring proper file naming and storage.
• Edit footage to align with brand guidelines, including colour grading and basic graphics.
• Add motion‑graphics elements such as titles, lower thirds, and simple visual assets.
• Adapt video content for various digital, social, and event platforms, respecting aspect‑ratio and format requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project objectives and tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong video production skills, including camera operation, lighting, and audio capture.
• Proficiency in video editing and colour grading using industry‑standard software.
• Experience creating motion‑graphics and simple visual assets.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, work collaboratively, and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with sound design, basic audio mixing, and best practices for file management.
• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience.
