Bilingual Recruiting & Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bilingual Recruiting & Compliance Specialist (English/Spanish) to support recruiting and contractor/vendor compliance across multiple regions. The role ensures independent contractors, vendors and partners meet regulatory, contractual and company requirements throughout onboarding and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruiting of independent contractors following established procedures.
• Review and validate contractor and vendor documentation for compliance.
• Facilitate onboarding of new contractors and service providers, ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
• Prepare, process and maintain contractual documents such as service agreements and amendments.
• Update compliance records in internal systems, maintaining data integrity.
• Support payment and documentation workflows by coordinating record updates.
• Monitor compliance status across regions and address outstanding requirements.
• Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Assist with training and guidance on compliance procedures for contractors and internal staff.
• Track compliance metrics and contribute to reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in compliance, onboarding, contractor or vendor management.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in Spanish.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
